ADMINISTRATION

As founder of the company, SueEllen Strapp has been directly responsible for each of the projects outlined below, serving as business analyst, project manager and senior developer. The ten-year old company maintains a staff consisting of six on-site employees and fifteen off-site employees who provide data administration and programming services to organizations internationally recognized for their leadership in service delivery to the educational and governmental sectors.

As Director of Development, Tom Strapp interfaces with clients to determine the most functional and efficient designs for each web-based information delivery system. Based in Novosibirsk (the New University), the off-site programming staff is comprised of the highest level computer scientists from the former Soviet Union, and is supported by engineers with extensive experience in .Net, ColdFusion, Oracle, and SQL programming.

CONSULTANCY EXPERTISE

As one of the first secure websites, Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS), was the first financial consultancy website to integrate encryption and secure transmission of its client's financial information across the web. The Powersource team also developed the secure transaction processing system, the data mining and sharing schemes that interfaced with the CCCS mainframe application.

As the database architects in the collaborative effort between Fort Bend I.S.D. and Houston Baptist University, Powersource gained the experience of connecting three major organizations via the Internet using an application protocol that bridged the information systems of all three organizations allowing for data sharing and systems integration.

The introduction of content management, artificial scheduling, and web positioning over the past eight years, has supported the growth of Hay House Publishing to just over eighty million dollars in sales in 2002. Initial consulting spanned all aspects of support from individual users Internet connectivity to the web-based applications integration and e-commerce objectives.

Powersource designed the accounting application and the content driven database with integrated security features for Voyager University which won the venture capitalist a multi-million dollar grant from the state of Texas.
